Cannabis Compassion Canada Program

That's why we offer the Cannabis Compassion Canada Program, which allows people with disabilities to receive 20% off any of our regularly priced cannabis products. To qualify, all we require is that you submit this form with proof of enrollment in one of the programs listed below. These documents can be sent in by mail, fax or email to:

After submitting your application for compassionate pricing for cannabis, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will then be notified by email about the status of your application. If approved, your price adjustment will be applied automatically to your orders for the remainder of the term specified in your Medical Document. Upon each renewal, you must submit new documentation to continue to qualify for the Cannabis Compassion Canada Program.
